Ten 1-hour private sessions tailored to your dream, employing the Body/Emotion Code® to release obstacles ~plus an Orientation session before we begin to assess and align your goals and commitment; weekly prompts and reflective practices for your "Expedition Log" to record your progress; and a final "View from the Summit" session to celebrate what has healed and see the new territory ahead.
